Dashboard Install - Cannot Start Application

When I install the dashboard application on my desktop I get the following error: "Application cannot be started: Contact the application vendor." (screenshot attached)

There is a more detailed log that I have also attached.

Hi! I recommend posting this question over in the forum for Operations Dashboard so that the right eyes see it: http://forums.arcgis.com/forums/225-Operations-Dashboard-for-ArcGIS

This forum is for the Collector application and most of us won't have the same level of knowledge about Operations Dashboard.
