I'm using Character Marker symbology with rotation based on an attribute field for a point feature layer. When I view the mpk data on my development machine (Win7 64bit) the symbols rotate correctly but when I run the app against the same local mpk on a test machine (WinXP 32bit) the symbols are not rotating. Is this expected? Did I miss something in the Deployment Builder - basically I just took the defaults, didn't add any optional functionality?
