Mosaic to New Raster

Trying to utilize mosaic to new raster using four NED's. They were all retrieved together so edges should align.  After tool runs the results look solid black as in pic (below)?

Input NED's looked like this..

Any thoughts?

Nevermind solved.  Was configured as feature class output instead used esri grid and worked.
