Changing the environment settings would affect the reclassify tool!!!! why????

please, see the attached images that shows my question.

in case, the environment settings are changed, then why the reclassify command is not adjusted accordingly???? and then we need to do that manually?????

I mean, why the maximum value in the "reclassify tool" can't be changed automatically to fit the new source raster according the change in the environment settings????
