Adding layers to app

I downloaded a sample silverlight viewer from here

and I am trying to add my own layers to the map. As I understand it, I haveto add the REST address of the service. I put that address in and I receive an error. I have attached screenshots of them. I cant seem to find anything from searching around, Im curious if anyone has any ideas. Thanks.

Found it, I needed to add a cleintaccesspolicy.xml file to my wwwroot directory.
