Ordnance Survey working with Defence Geographic Centre have produced an NTV2 version of their OSTN02 transformation.  Information about the transformation and the NTV2 file itself can be found at http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/oswebsite/gps/osnetfreeservices/furtherinfo/ostn02_ntv2.html

The attached PDF shows how to add this to ArcGIS Explorer 1500.  I have also included my GEOGTRAN file which needs the .txt extension removed to work.  Enjoy!

With the OSTN02 NTv2 Transformation being adopted by EPSG, I have changed the names of the transformations to reflect those of EPSG.  The CUSTOM transformation code must be in the range 208000 and so I have ensured that they reflect the EPSG code of 5338 and 5339 by using 208338 and 208339 respectively.
