thanks for your response, i need a person to discuss with him my  experience to solve my confusion for this i need some one managerial

so if you can help me or direct me to the right person

i am system analyst and i worked as system analyst for 10 years and i finish with that.

now i dealing with  Arcgis10 (more than 6 years), i am good in the software, geodb...ect  so i need to know how can i identify my self in this field
