Alright here it goes. I think this is going to need some creative ideas.
I am trying to build a 3D model of a cliff of a mountain on arcScene, using high-res photos taken from the field.
the idea is to have a set of overlapping georeferenced photos and then displaying them in arcsScene using the base height of a DEM.
First issue: I am not able to georeference the photos in arcScene.
Second issue: It is very hard to georeference them on arcMap using orthophotos and satellite imagery because the photos taken from the field show quite vertical features that cannot be easily observed from the top view (such as in satellite imagery)
Any suggestions?
