ArcGIS online rest service says "token required"

I am having some issues with the opening of Arcgis online REST Service pages and hopefully someone has a solution for me.

I have upload feature services and create maps using my administrator account. If I then go to the map details, click on the feature service REST link, the REST service page that should display the service details says "token required". It does this for all features and services that I have created.

I have shared the maps with an ESRI support person and they can view the pages.

If I open a base map service (open public service) I can see the details perfectly.

It is strange one as i have full rights to the services and maps yet cant get into any of the REST pages. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Hi there,

Have you attempted this off network?  Try going to a Starbucks and accessing those services while you are logged in to your account.  Also, if the service is shared publicly or with your Organization,  can you view the service on your machine?
