Hi,
I'm working with ArcCatalog 10.2.2 on Windows 8.
ArcCatalog freezes several times a day, giving the error in the attached image file. I then have to terminate ArcCatalog in Task Manager.
It happens when I use tools and it has happened with several different tools.
I have deleted Normal.gxt from C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\Desktop10.2\ArcCatalog but that doesn't help.
I also upgraded from 10.2.1 to 10.2.2 and that hasn't helped either.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

This seems to have been related to the fact that I moved the 'My Documents' folder on my PC to D:\.
After I moved it back and fixed the registry entries for the location of 'My Documents', ArcCatalog is much more stable.
