Could you provide the steps that brought you to this page? Was this for the login page or after you submitted your credentials?

I wrote my user name and password and this happened, before that the login page was normal. Now I logged in, no problem.
I also got this at about 7:45 am ET when I first went to https://community.esri.com/index.jspa and it automatically tried to login. When I tried that url again, the login succeeded.
Happened to me couple fo times when clicking the link from my email forum notification... All fine after couple of tries...

I had this issue as well.
I also have that issue, usually the first time I click on any of the geonet links for the day (that need login access, including my.esri), or at least within a new browser session. It happens most often when I try to log in.
Today I clicked on the link to this thread from the "View the full discussion" link in the email. It flashed the thread, then gave me the generic esri "Page not found" error. Without closing the browser, I clicked on the link from the email again, and it opened, and shows me as logged in (without me having to log in).
My guess (with no true knowledge of the inner workings) is there is a latency between the page loading and grabbing our stored cookie/credentials. By the time we try is a second time, it has the creds read in so the page will load properly. I have not closed the browser yet to see if this is repeatable in the short term, or it then remembers the creds for the full day.
Just my theory.

So, just happened to me when I sat down at my office system. I'd been on GeoNet earlier in the day from home.
As normal, I first logged on to my ArcGIS.com AGOL account. And from there attempted to open the "Community & Forums". That is when I am misdirected and received the Page not found error at http link //www.esri.com/error?app=community&type=500 a second attempt from the ArcGIS.com AGOL link does complete with SSO completion.
Thanks for the info. We are researching it now.
I also get what Stuart mentioned if I try to go to the geonet page from a browser session that is logged into my AGOL enterprise account. My AGOL and Geonet/my.esri are not the same (which is the way I like it). Just additional info, fwiw.
This should now be resolved. Please let me know if you see anything else that seems off.
