Share tile package runs but cannot find in AGOL

I found one similar forum but there was no answer. We have successfully shared several packages (.tpk's) for our AGOLO site, those have been under 10MB. The latest one we have tried several times to share is 12MB. We are using the Share Package took in ArcMap. We do not get an error and it seems to have completed. However the package is not visible anywhere online. What else could be going on that it runs completely but is not visible?

I'm having the same problem. I've shared many tile packages in the past, but this issue has arisen in the last week or so. The results window shows that the tool completed, but it has contradictory messages about its success. What did it do for 1 hr 40 min 33 sec?
