The link doesn't load any browser I have. These are the errors I see when inspecting the element in using the chrome developer tools.
I'm not experiencing any difficulties in logging in on Firefox (31.0) or Chrome (36.0.1985.125)
Hi Kyle, Is there a reason you are trying to use the https:// link rather than the http:// link to ArcGIS.com? http://www.arcgis.com
Sarah,
When you click the "Sign in" link on the main ArcGIS.com page, it takes you to https://www.arcgis.com/home/signin.html
It is automatically adding the "s" on the end of http.
Apologies, I did not take the next step to click on 'Sign in'. I see now that it does automatically take you the https link you originally posted. I have tried the link in both Firefox and Chrome without issues. When did you notice this happening? Were you able to access the page recently?
Yes, it has started going in and out in the last month or so. I was just in there Wednesday.
My network security team doesn't see an issue on there end. Last time it went out and then started working again they said it wasn't anything they did. I thought maybe it was our Symantec End Point Protection not letting the arcgis JS libraries pass through.
Hi Kyle, To get additional help from folks, could you move this discussion to the ArcGIS Online group? There should be an option for you listed under "Actions" to "Move" this discussion. You can then search for and select the 'ArcGIS Online' group. That should make your question more easily visible to more people who can help figure this out.
Kyle,
What browser are you using and have you tried other browsers? Have you tried clearing your browser cache as well?
~Adrian
Kyle,
The errors match the script content at the top of the log-in page. So, that looks to be simply browser security blocking. Maybe need an exception for the site.

ps. also as Sara suggested, please move this from your personal discussions to the ArcGIS Online Space -- done from the Actions menu on the right.
