Hello,
When I run any tool I have tested (import, buffer, create route, clip) using files from either an FGDB or shapefiles (and not the same files) my instance of ArcGIS crashes with the "ArcGIS Desktop has encountered a serious application error and is unable to continue" error". Does anyone have any advice on how to figure this one out? The most recent updates on my computer (predating the crashing) have all been malware definition updates.
ArcGIS 10.1 SP1 (with the bing key update)
Windows 7 Enterprise 32bit SP1
