I can successfully publish map services and I am able to click on the service in services directory. Why is it that i cannot view the cached service when i click on view in javascript or arcgis.com map? The map service is either blank or disapears at a certain scale even though it is not supposed to. Yes i have created cache tiles beyond this scale. Any ideas? This is a cached map service and i am using 10.2. I have had no issues doing this until recently.
