Dont convert cluster into flare

Hi everyone,

I am making an application using ArcGIS map in which i am using clusters to represent my data. In which i have also use flare's to represent them further. But, now i dont want any flare's, simple double click on clusters to represent what i am representing on flare's click. I am attaching a sample of what i am doing and what i want.

This is what i have done. But, now what i want is that my cluster shouldn't transform in flare rather than work simple. Does some one has any idea about it, how it is possible?

   I am not sure I understand your request. Are you saying that you want your points to be clustered and then when you click the cluster it would uncluster and just show the point with their standard symbology?
