Trouble with authorizing ArcGIS for home use

I finished my 60 day trial and ordered the one year ArcGIS for home use license. I downloaded 10.2.2 Desktop Advanced successfully and began the authorization process. Using the authorization code that ESRI provided, ArcGIS Administrator said that authorization was complete. However, none of my applications (ArcMap, Catalog, etc.) will open saying that I am not yet authorized. I thought maybe I messed up so I tried authorizing again and it said that I have reached the limit for my code indicating that it did authorize earlier.

 

What did I miss?

 

It won't let me deauthorize either.

 

 

Any help is appreciated.

Lee,

Post up clips of the ArcGIS Administrator panel: the root,  the Desktop, and  finally Availability.

If you are having problems getting a product licensed that you have purchased. Please contact Esri Customer Support, that is what we are here for. 888-377-4575, you will need your customer number.

We have the tools to be able to check your license etc.
