Collector offline in iOS; Popups not behaving

Hi All,

I have the latest version of Collector and iOS.  I have turned popups "off" for a couple of layers in my AGOL map.  While using Collector in a connected state, the popups do not appear - that is good.  When I take the map offline in Collector, the popups appear - that is not good.  I think that this may be a bug, any suggestions.

This is a known issue in the app today. I will update this thread when we have it fixed.
