How to use chart as label

Hello, 

I am trying to use a chart (or board) to illustrate values from my attribute table for diffrent points (see attachment). I would like to have a different color for each lign in regard to a particular value. I would like to know how to draw a chart as a label and how can I write an Expression that would give the desired color to every lign.

You can use 'Charts' in 'Symbology'.

I may not catch the gist of this question. I think chart and label are quite different things. I never imagined to use chart as label, how to make this work. I am also curious. I don know there UI chart controls and chart smart label. I still can't understand this question.
