Error displaying map in Internet Explorer - 2 white rectangles over the map

I have a page with a ArcGIS API for JavaScript map that functions well in other browsers but it shows 2 white rectangles over the map in Internet Explorer...

If I take the the map div from the code, these rectangles do not appear, so they should be related with the rendering of the map.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?
