I am testing out using a hosted feature service for editing a layer in the field. I need to be able to incorporate photos. I have enabled attachments and all seems to be working correctly (I can take and add and view photos both on my phone and on my computer in the web map). But I cannot see the attachments when I view the service in ArcGIS Desktop. The attachment manager looks correct, it shows the two photos with their corresponding file sizes (see attached screen shot). But when I try to view the photo all of the photo viewers say the photo is empty and there is nothing to display. I tried saving the photo then opening but no luck. I even created a local copy of the local service for editing but I still get the same result.
Any help is appreciated.
