Exporting Arc segments problem

Hi all,
I have a large polygon feature class. The coordinate system is Unknown to ArcGis, so it basically lacks spatial reference. The units are meters and has a coordinate system its just that it is Unknown to GIS. I want to export the map in a scale of 1:1000, but all the arc segments get fuzzy when zooming, (i have attached the PDF). Has anyone had the same issue?
I know it is ok at 100%, but should it get so fuzzy when zoomed?

Try to take a copy of the polygon feature class and assign the coordinate system of that particular region and check whether you are able to observe the same behavior.

Also check whether there is any custom XY Domain Values (minimum and maximum coordinate values) in the feature class.
