Unable to start CityEngine 2012.

I've installed CE 2012 and authorize the application with our concurrent license server. I've also add the -Dagol into the ini file.

However, I am unable to start the CityEngine, application. The application starts, then close without report error. Although the Eventviewer shows ntdll.dll error report, and I've attached the hs_err_pidxxxx.log file for your reference.

The OS: Window 7 64-bit.
ATI Radeon HD7470 Driver 8.922.0.0

I've tried deleting the .CityEngine from user's local profile. Error still persist.

Any other suggestions to fix the error please?
