I have created a soe in arcgis server that dynamically create multipatch and export in web scene with guid name. In arcscene I see inner rings but in web scene I don't see it. What's the problem?
Seems not supported. I have tried in clockwise direction and counterclockwise but in web scene holes aren't visible. For now I use a workaround: create a ring following the hole:
