When executing geoprocessing events, I receive an error message that indicates background geoprcessing has encounter a serious error.  This is for 10.1.  I have received this message when trying execute an OLS and hot-spot-analysis.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Can't say I have seen that before. You likely already know but if you go to Geoprocessing then to Results this may give you some information on why it is not working

I am not really sure either.  This is a fresh install of 10.1 60 Day trial.  I am also having issues with geocoding and importing data to a file geodatabase.  Errors galore.  Is this an overall stability issue?  It seems like it as I have never had these type of issues before.  I will check out the results though.  Thanks for the feedback.
