Ping the machine with the port number from the machine that you are using to connect to ArcGIS Server, i.e. imetos.com:6080:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/jj729731.aspx

If that does not work then that is your problem.  Either the machine cannot be found (or is down) or the port is not open (firewall).

Thank you so much rlwatson,

But I have more problem is I don't know how to open port 6080 on firewall,

I already disable firewall on windows and on antivirus  program.

Please teach me how to open port 6080

Thank again

Dear Watson,

Here are result with and without 6080

When I use online port scan: it show that error 112.78.2..... isn't responding on port 6080 ()

So I thing the most important is open port, but until now, it's impossible mission

Thank for you help.

I asked you to run the psping utility against the server with no port and the server with the port specified.  What you gave me was something else.

I am not convinced that the machine itself is even reachable.  If it is and the issue is that port 6080 is simply being blocked then my advice would be to edit the firewall but you already indicated that you turned the firewall off.

If you turned the firewall on the machine off then it should be off.  I can only speculate that the request is somehow being routed though some other machine which has a firewall.

Can you provide any insights with regards to the network layout/configuration?

Perhaps you can run a traceroute to the machine.
