When I create a Map Server Cache the tiles do not align correctly. None of the tiles are in the correct location (some are much closer than others). The labels are also not where they should be. When I share the MXD file without caching everything loads in the correct position. In the image I am attaching the map on the left side is the cached version and the map on the right side is not cached.
