Re-Projection Error: TIF file

Hello All,

I am trying to re-project a large number of rasters (in *.tif format) ultimately recursively.

The coordinate system of input image is State plane, NAD83, Rhode Island, feet:

So far so good.

I did not find any tool that would re-project rasters (NAD_1983_UTM_Zone_19N). So I used the Batch Project tool in data management. Hoped to do so recursively. failed with an error message.

Tested it out on just one image (*.tif) and got the same error message:
Failed to execute. Parameters are not valid.
Then input does not exist or is not supported.

the input has the projection and displays correctly in ArcMap

Do I need Advanced (ArcInfo) instead of basic (ArcView)? Am I missing service pack?

Any & all help is greatly appreciated.
