WMS service - lines trouble

I am having trouble with my WMS contour lines service. The lines get white pixels around them and I cant get rid of them. See attach picture.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this.

You should be able to control color bleeding by changing the combination of background color, transparency, and image format.
