I am trying to export a map I created in ArcGIS 10.1.  I click on export map and choose the file type.  However, I cannot change the resolution, because the options portion of export map is missing.  How can I restore the options drop down tab.  I've tried maximizing/resizing the window with no luck. I've attached a image of the export map dialogue box.

Weird, I'd start by renaming or deleting the normal mxt and restarting ArcMap- C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\Desktop10.1\ArcMap\Templates\Normal.mxt. Sounds like a strange UI issue that could be due to a corrupt normal template.

I would also look through this article to check some things with your screen resolution: http://support.esri.com/en/knowledgebase/techarticles/detail/27810

Hi,

I'm having the same problem. Deleted normal template and still have lost the options and save buttons. Also installed SP1 and it didn't fix the problem.

Any clue?
