Unable to run Diagrammer

I installed Diagrammer 10 and my win7 computer that has desktop 10, .Net framework 4 client profile and 4 extended. I have looked around but didn't get any clue why Diagrammer couldn't run and threw error Unhandled Exception Error. according to a thread, it was mention about ESRI .Net assemby, I checked that as well.
Can anyone help me?

I am having the same problem. I have ArcGIS 10.1 installed on my Windows 7 64-bit PC.

Applying the latest Windows updates after installing Diagrammer resolved the problem.
