Created Raster from CSV file, doesnt look right.

Hi All,

I have created a raster file from a CSV, but it didnt turn out right, see screenshot attached.

I have a CSV with EASTING, NORTHING, RL. I want to turn this into a TIN that i can use in ArcScene, can someone please tell me the easiest way to do this conversion?
