Search within parcel widget

Hello! 

I am looking for a widget that would allow me to search layers that fall within a specified parcel. Is there any custom widgets or tool that would allow me to do this?

   The eSearch allows you to select or search for a parcel and then search for other layers that have a spatial relationship to that parcel search result.

Does the esearch widget allow me to generate a report containing all layers that fall within that parcel?
