Print Plus Widget Layout
Hi !
First of all, @Larry Stout, thank you so much for this widget. It is a great job! I'm using it and I realized that the extent of my final layout (in a .pdf file) does not match with the map layout shown in the screen. Did anybody realize it? Does anybody know the reason?

It's been a while since this post... but in case anyone ever has this issue...
You have to define the parameters set in your printplus config.json, to match the data frame parameters of your layout. The original parameters are just slightly off, causing the printed area not to coincide w/ the framed area on your site.
I've determined the 1st x,y set for ea layout refers to the paper size, 2nd set for data frame size on your printed pg, 3rd is the legend footer space, & last is the header space (measurements are pg edge to pg edge, pg edge to data frame, etc using whatever units you indicated above parameters - i.e. "esriInches").
I can't seem to figure out the proper way to adjust for my spatial reference, however. Please let me know if anyone figured this out!! Thanks!
