Issue in Google Street View for WAB

I used the Google Street View widget for Web app Builder for developer version for a long time. I got error since yesterday. I could not access the Google map any more. Please see my screen shot in the attachment.

Do you have any advise?

   That widget has been taken down from my widget list for a long time now. It violates Googles TOS (terms of service) and should not be used any more.
