eSearch Add Expression Value Dropdown Doesn't Populate

I can never get the dropdown to show anything even with the layers provided as examples. Ive tried in IE 11, Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102 m. Any ideas?

Nathan,

  The issue is that there is an error in the parent dialog page "Search URL Field Required" and you still had a spinning icon on the search layer url input box. You need to have a green check saying that the layer url resolved.
