Is it possible to display summary features on the first tab where you can create the report?

Here is my first tab; with an area of interest.

Here is my second tab:

I have the layer turned off in the web map so only the points within the area of interest appear. However, when I go to create a report it doesn't show my points on the map. Any ideas?

I would also appreciate an answer to this. Also, how to get them to print on the map. Thanks!
