I have been tasked with creating a widget for the attached map that will allow for the user to click an item in the spreadsheet and zoom to that feature.  Has anyone experimented with a click to zoom widget or know of one available?  I've been searching around but haven't found anything yet, and I'm not exactly sure where to start if creating the widget myself.  Any help or guidance is certainly appreciated!  Kevin MacLeod this map might look awfully familiar to you.

Why don't you just add the location and zoom level or extent as a url parameter and give each item in your table a separate hyperlink? Use URL parameters—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS | ArcGIS  http://<your portal url>/apps/webappviewer/index.html?center=20,45&level=4 OR http://<your portal url>/apps/webappviewer/index.html?extent=-117.20,34.055,-117.19,34.06

Jacob Rougeaux yea Go Cocks!!!

Well you could send the results into the Attribute Table like my Enhanced Query and Robert's Enhanced Search. Because the standard Attribute Table already looks like that. I have various people discussing joining data in and I presume there are several widgets for that.  Plus clicking a feature if it's got popups enabled there is already a Zoom to Feature out of the box standard in the infotemplate. I'll look around a bit. So, USC Geography?
