Available fields in enhanced search widget not auto populating.. any ideas why?

Hello

We are not able to pass in a URL to the enhanced search widget. After we paste in our service url, the available fields do not populate. The console is saying "Timeout exceeded" (please see image). Any idea what could be causing this? Our URLs are working with OTB widgets.

Issue resolved. It was an issue with Chrome... works in IE and Firefox.

Kyle,

   Are you using the same version eSearch widget as the WAB Version (i.e 2.1 of eSearch with WAB 2.1)?

I just confirmed, we are using the most up-to-date version (2.1) of both WAB and eSearch.

Kyle,

   I have to say this one has me scratching my head then.  Are you using a proxy? Is it a secured service?

No proxy, not a secured service. None of our services from multiple servers are working with eWidget. We also double checked that we are able to return a JSON response when querying the REST endpoint.

I don’t suppose anyone else is having this trouble with v2.1? If not, we’ll continue to investigate issues on our end. Thanks for engaging!
