I am developing several applications for various sections using ArcGIS Portal/Web App Builder.
The applications are going to be in 4-5 years and expecting lot more deployments ahead. How to maintain the published services and WAB application so anybody can manage the service and WAB application during my absence.
1. Created the folders in ArcGIS Portal according to sections.
2.Publishing the service and adding the .MXD file in the folder, So Canbody can extract the .MXD and make changes and republish it.
3.Maintaining manually in Excel, But I donot like it. Maintaining the ArcGIS Portal will good enough.
