Join Jim Touchet, GIS Manager and Brad Feldman, Senior GIS Analyst with Suffolk County Water Authority to discuss how Suffolk County Water Authority, Customer Service Technicians have transitioned from an ArcReader-based, multi-step reporting process to a single, intuitive interface. Using Collector for ArcGIS, repair status and outage estimates are communicated efficiently, in real-time to technician staff. In addition, the Customer Service Call Center has utilized the “Dashboard”  which is considered the situational-awareness interface keeping everyone in-the-know as situations unfold and public water is reliably restored to all.
