Enabling & Disabling the network topology

Hi,

When I disable the network topology on my water utility network the geoprocessing tool runs successfully. However, when trying to add a rule or run any other geoprocessing tool that requires the utility network to be disabled, I get an error message informing me that the 'network topology must be disabled' even although this was successfully completed in the preceding step. Any advice? I am running ArcGIS Pro 2.7.1.

If it is an enterprise geodatabase is the database connection established correctly and the portal account the portal utility network owner? https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/utility-networks/disable-network-topology.ht...   Probably best to call support.
