Before I upgrade to 10.5, will I run into issues with these?

you could check them individually... for example, support for this one went to 10.4 in March... nothing mentioned about 10.5 and I suspect you won't hear for a while until people try it out themselves http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=f0ae73e90c1a4992a1059e7d370966d4
We will be releasing an update to X-ray for ArcCatalog in January 2017 which will include support ArcGIS 10.5.
X-ray for ArcMap will be going into Mature Support in January 2017. The current versionn of X-ray for ArcMap has not been certified on 10.5.
