What is the diference between measured (Qobs) and estimated (Qsp) surface runoff volume? I think the SCS-Curve Number method I can determine the Q sp (estimated), but how do I determine the Q obs (measured/observate) in ArcGis and what method? Thanks in advance, Andrea
