I downloaded Arcmap10.8 with arc hydro 10.08.15. But when I want to set up HEC-GEOHMS 10.8.10 it will give me this error could tell me, How I would able to solve this problem?

Hello guys,
I downloaded Arcmap10.8 with arc hydro 10.08.15. But when I want to set up HEC-GEOHMS 10.8.10 it will give me this error could tell me, How I would able to solve this problem?
Image may contain: text that says 'Preinstall i An incorrect ersion of Arc Hydro Tools was found on the system. HEC-GeoHMS requires Arc Hydro Tools version 10.8.0.16. Please uninstall the existing Arc Hydro Tools version and restart this installation. OK'
