Drainage Connectivity Characterization tool creating extra Boundary Drainage Lines

Hi,

I am new to ArcHydro and am going through a tutorial that covers workflows in Terrain preprocessing and Terrain Morphology. I successfully delineated the drainage boundary and was going through Drainage Point Processing, Drainage Boundary Definition, and Drainage Connectivity Characterization tools. The tools seem to run fine, but after running the connectivity characterization tool I am seeing few extra drainage connection lines running across my watershed (see red lines in the screenshot below; blue lines are sub-basin boundaries). I am just wondering if someone has seen anything like this before or where should I look at to figure out what went wrong. I would appreciate any help in this matter.
