Hi Owens! Thank you for your prompt reply. Here is my example story map with traffic cams: https://ooe.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapTour/index.html?appid=b3e33fd6fee74356a70fb0bf66220568&autoplay<https://ooe.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapTour/index.html?appid=b3e33fd6fee74356a70fb0bf66220568&autoplay#map> The images are hosted on several servers and they are updated on these servers permanently. But in the story map once the map is loaded, the images don't refresh anymore. Only by refreshing the browser window. A workaround an PC is right click and "Save Background" (IE) or "show background ..." (Firefox). But on mobiles there is no such possibility to do this. I wrote an idea for such a feature.

Hello Stephen! Thank you for your prompt reply. So, it is not (yet) possible to download or save photos directly from the crowdsource gallery to my phone or desktop. For this, I have to create a new AOL-map with this feature layer to get the link for the attachments. But it would be really great and helpful, if the possibility to download/save a photo from the gallery would be implemented in future :-)) Tom

Hi all! Is it possible to download or save the photos form the crowdsource gallery to my desktop or mobile device? If so, are the EXIF informations preserved in the images ? Tom

Hello! Our Users would like to display the crowdsourced feature service attachments (photos) in the web map's popup without to click on the attachment-link and open a new window. Is t his function so hidden or actually not (yet) implemented? This would be a very important function for any further use of the crowdsource feature service in other webmaps. Perhaps it would be nice to implement picture-thumbnails as icons on the map from the crowsourced attachments (geotagged pictures). Thank you!

A few experiences with crowdsource story map on mobile devices: If I scroll down in the gallery I don't know how many photos there are and where I am in the list; it would be helpful to jump to the beginning of the gallery and to have a a numbering of the photos If I scroll to the top of the gallery page then the navigation buttons at the bottom disappear . Header and footer should always be visible (also on smaller screens). If I open a photo from the Gallery and tap "Map" at the buttom, nothing happens. Only "Home" and "Partizipate" works . It seems, that the "X" to close the displayed image is a mouse-over effect (not working on mobile devices). Also the " Close " button at the bottom is not visible due to long descriptions, therefore the users do not know that they had to close the shown photo(s) to switch to the "Map" . If I switch from a viewed photo to "Partizipate", then at the bottom "Home", "Map" and "Gallery" remain displayed. Only "Home" is working. If I go to "Home" and then switch to "Map", I'll be redirected to the "Partizipate" window (which is still open in the background). If I tap on "Gallery" from "Home", nothing happens . It would be very helpful, to jump out of a single-photo view to the map to see where this photo was taken . Thanks in advance for your interest.

Thank you TIm for your Idea, but I don't want to export the data of this layer I would like to use it as a featureService (live-link) in ArcMap; therefore the actuality s hould be ensured , if someone u pload new photos in the storymap.
