Thanks for the response, @ThomasEdghill! I apologize for the delayed response - I was in Esri Training last week. I am specifically referring to sharing to groups from the item description page. I checked the sharing from the Map Viewer, and the same issue persists in the Map Viewer sharing: I am only seeing 1 group, when there should be upwards of 15 groups that should be there. For reference, I think we are not on 10.8.1 just yet. I'm not exactly sure how to check this, but based on past discussions with Esri I believe we are still on a version of 10.7.

Hello, I recently have been trying to create and sort our organization's content using the groups feature. I have created all the groups. When I go to share an item to a group on the item's overview page, I get different group options from when I try to share it from the list on the Content pane. I want to be able to see all my available groups in one list when going to share an item. When I called Esri Support about this, my analyst referred me to this forum to post this as an idea for future improvement.
