Hi, I'm new to sql/creating a pivot table as a view in Geodatabase. I'm looking for the SQL query for the "Create New View" tool (see attached screenshot) I tried to google many samples but it didn't work out. While I'm still googling, i thought i could ask you guys for help. My goal is to create a VIEW (PIVOT) based on an existing table in the Geodatabase: any direction, inputs, sample are appreciated!!! million thanks!! Hello all, can a group of people (let say 100 people) share one AGOL VIEWER account login (same user name and password) and access a private web app within the organization? if so, can they view the app at the same time invidually? thanks, W

Thanks Kelly, in this case, do we need to pay for each user for a AGOL Viewer role subscription? or they can just use the free ESRI account?

Hi All, We have a question regarding AGOL viewer roles: We would like to have 1000 internal staff accessing an AGOL web app from our AGOL ESRI org account. The app is for INTERNAL access only, not for public. Our AGOL org account have 50 users/licenses. The web app is view only and there's not edit feature. We have our own internal authentication and workgroup systems and we would like to use them for accessing the web app. can we integrate our own sign on and workgroup systems WITHOUT having all 1000 staff signing up their own ESRI accounts? We also do not want to integrate the single sign feature with AGOL. what’s the best approach? and is this possible? thanks so much!!! W

Hi All, How I can select a record in a column with Largest/MAX value in "Definition Query" in ArcMap? for example, i have a feature with 10 records in the ID column; the records are 1, 2, 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 in the "Definition Query", i would like to select on the largest ID record i have tried all kinds of MAX sql but they didn't work, any ideas? ID >= MAX(ID) "ID" >= MAX("ID") ....etc thanks. WL

Hi all, We are in the planning stage of upgrading for our ArcGIS Server from 10.1 to the LATEST version. Here are our current configurations: ArcGIS 10.1 for Server (with over 50 large map/feature/tile services) Total 2 instances, 4 machines DEV/TEST - 2 machines (1 for cluster/load balancer) PRODUCTION - 2 machines (1 for cluster/load balancer) ArcSDE 10.1 (Oracle 11G) ESRI Org AGO account (40 Web Maps, 20+ Web Apps) Here are what we like to achieve: setup Arcgis Server 10.4 on Amazon cloud ArcSDE data store on-premise OR migrate to Amazon Avoid long downtime Here are our questions: If we would like to use Amazon cloud, can we use our existing ArcSDE (oracle based, hosted in-house) Is there a first time setup fee charged by Amazon? do we need a load balanaer if we are using Amazon? Is there ongoing maintenance and support cost charged by Amazon or ESRI? What’s the traffic and data usage cost for both the ArcGIS Server and ArcSDE access hosted by Amazon? Yes, I am also using "editor tracker" to track record created and updated info as well. But we need a third date field/info to track something else...
