Hello Shailesh.Rathod, I think you can practice some tutorials that is available in your software [both tutorial data(C:\ArcGIS\ArcTutor\Network_Analyst folder) and pdf files(C:\Program files\ArcGIS\Doccumentation\Network_Analyst )].
